The keys are handed over in person at the time of the visit to the accommodation, which has a separate entrance.

A deposit of €100 is required; it will be returned upon departure after the inventory check if the cleanliness is reasonable.

Please indicate the approximate departure time upon delivery.

The gate will be open, you can enter two vehicles which you can park between the barn and the garages.

You can also park on the street.

If you have bicycles or strollers, we can store them in the garages.

- Separate glass recycling bin under the sink

- Compost bin (for food scraps, meat, fish, vegetables) under the sink

- Recycling bin (Cardboard, paper, tissues, plastic packaging such as yogurt pots, bags, metal such as cans, aluminum) to the left of the entrance door.

- Regular trash (Nappies, and anything else that isn't recyclable)

- Do not leave rubbish bags lying around on the terrace or outside.

- For long stays (+3 nights) we will indicate the voluntary drop-off points where you can deposit your sorted waste.

- Turn off the lights when you go out and when you go to bed.

- Don't waste water and turn off the taps.

- Turn off the heating or air conditioning when you open the windows or the door

- Do not set the heating above 21°C.

- Check that the windows are properly closed before leaving.

- Check that the door is properly locked and the terrace gate as well.

- Do not wash the bed linen, a dedicated service is available for that.

- Do not wash bath towels with coloured fabrics.

The presence of a ladder in the rooms is not just decorative. It is used to hang bath towels and prevent them from getting mixed up.

Please close the gate at the end of the day.

- No smoking/vaping/shisha inside the accommodation

- No fire or candles

- No pets

- No events or parties, no noise from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

- No people not included in the reservation

- Report any damage immediately.
